Anniversary Edition
To celebrate 30 years of making
motorhomes, Hobby has unveiled the 30
Years Anniversary Edtition, an exclusive
version of the Premium Van 65GE.
Its exclusive status means this
motorhome comes fully loaded with
equipment. Based on the Renault Master,
you get a passenger airbag, on-board
trip computer, ESP and cruise control
fitted as standard. The exterior will
certainly cut a dash with black metallic
graphics that include the Anniversary
Edition branding and smart Renault alloy
wheels. And, because it’s based on the
slightly narrower Premium Van, driving
this motorhome will be a doddle.
Step inside and the Anniversary Edition
interior matches the sleek exterior. Warm
wood married to cream gloss doors and
well-placed lighting creates an ambience
that wouldn’t be out of place in the most
luxurious motorhome. This motorhome
uses LEDs and includes the Romantica
lighting option as standard.
In terms of layout you get cab seats
that both swivel to face a half-dinette and
side sofa, while the L-shaped kitchen
and washroom sit in the centre with the
high-level twin single beds at the rear.
The kitchen’s smart use of a three-in-a-
line hob creates worktop space, while the
two single beds have decent steps for
access or you can use an infill cushion to
make this area into a massive double.
Other standard options included
as part of the 30 Year Anniversary
package include an awning and satellite
navigation, as well as the battery
management system and CI-BUS
on-board control system fitted to all
Hobby motorhomes. All-in-all, it’s a lot of
motorhome for the price.
