For 2015 Dethleffs is
introducing Lifetime
Plus construction,
which is resistant to
rot and long-lasting,
with a GRP roof and floor. It will feature as standard on every Dethleffs range
from the new Advantage upwards. So that’s all coachbuilts except the Evan,
Globebus and Trend models.
The very new construction combines completely rot-free and extra-long-
lasting wall construction with modern know-how for a healthy interior climate.
Thereby the walls, roof and floor are free of cold bridges and completely free
of wooden inlets. Instead, the robust polyurethane struts ensure a high-level of
torsional stiffness.
Strong panels made of GRP protect the roof and floor from exterior damage
such as hail, stones thrown up on the road or salt water. The perfect insulation
values are provided by the thick, compressed, hydrophobic XPS insulation foam.
Moisture balance and sound absorption are ensured by the wood panelling.
Another Dethleffs speciality is the connection of the sidewalls and floor with
dowelled joints. This improves the torsional stiffness.
Previously, Lifetime Plus technology was reserved for the Luxury class
models from Dethleffs but from now the company is also introducing it for the
popular Advantage and Esprit classes.

with new exterior and interior
design, redeveloped kitchens, en
suite washrooms and a new option
to upgrade to a Premium version.
Two layouts are available (fixed
singles or an island bed), each in
an 8.71m A-class body and with
a 5-tonne chassis. Alde heating is
standard, as is a double floor, while
two different décor schemes are
available. Premium models get 16in
alloys, reversing camera, electric
blinds and a second garage door.
