the sea, Whitby Holiday Park is one
of the closest parks to Whitby. It
o ers pitches with 16-amp electric
hook-ups on grass. Cli top paths
lead down to sandy beaches,
with Whitby and the ruins of the
gothic abbey being a gentle stroll
away. The site has a small games
room and play area together with
a bar, with evening entertainment at
peak times. There’s also a toilet block,
shop and laundry room. Pretty Whitby
o ers a wide variety of shops, pubs and great
sh restaurants (try the Magpie Café). No tents
