Skills We are in the midst of an industry-wide skills shortage, with employers facing particular challenges when it comes to finding skilled labourers within the finishes and interiors sector. In response to this decline, and having taken additional input from UK federations and sub-contractors, British Gypsum decided to change the way it delivers training in its network of UK academies with the launch of its Site Ready Skimming Course.
