To qualify the innovations should have been introduced to the UK market in the last five years. FIS Operations Director Jane Knight said: “It is great to see so many entries covering a variety of innovations from our sector, and have the opportunity to shine a spotlight on those companies introducing new products and services that benefit our sector.” All entries will be judged by a panel of experts and a shortlist announced. Winners will then be announced during the FIS Awards Ceremony on 27 February. The winner of each category will be given five minutes to pitch their innovation to the audience which will determine the overall Innovation of the Year on the day.
