27 Integra Contracts oversaw the ceiling and beam installation for the reception of this iconic London building. Its design teamworked withMass Concrete to ensure precise alignment between ceiling and wall finishes, continuing the seamless linear theme between vertical and horizontal planes. The double- height space reflects the external cladding lines, creating a dramatic, airy space. The polished chrome Tubeline ceiling between the concrete beams has been designed to be 100%demountable, enabling all MEP services to be contained in the ceiling while maintaining the desired acoustic functions. Integra created a suspension systemusing floating hooks over brackets to allow amargin of tolerance that allowed the beams to perfectly line up with the curtain wall mullions. And off-sitemock-ups were tested to ensure the correct light variance and lux levels were achieved.
