19 The project consisted of a collection of new-build residential works and period conversion at the iconic former headquarters of the London Fire Brigade, whichwas built in 1866. Kent-based firmKeylon’s involvement in the project included an extensive range of drylining, ceilings and walls installation in 34 luxury apartments in the refurbishment element and in 154 luxury units across four blocks in the new-build areas, as well as retail units and a school. Within the school and retail units, the works consisted of the installation of drylining to partitions, wall linings, MF ceilings, suspended lay-in grid ceilings, plastering, tape and joint andmist coat.
