eliganWoods has an open parkland
feel about the main touring area
with a number of more secluded
pitches on the perimeter. The on-
site facilities include a shower and
toilet block with wet room, laundry,
shop and children’s play area. A few
steps through a side gate lead to
the entrance to the Lost Gardens
of Heligan, where there is a licensed
café/tea room and shop which can
be accessed without the need to pay
for entry into the gardens. With the Eden
Project only 30 minutes’ drive away and
Mevagissey, Charlestown and good beaches
almost next door, HeliganWoods makes an
excellent base for this part of Cornwall.
