Salthill Caravan Park
Co Galway
T
he location of this site, on the shores of Galway Bay, but
with close proximity to the city, make it an ideal location
for touring this part of Ireland. Some pitches are right on the
water’s edge, with direct access to the walkway from the site
along the seafront to the promenade. The small town of Salthill
is within walking distance and has a small sandy beach with a
long promenade and jetties where shing is available. There’s an
amusement park and a leisure centre in the town too. Adjacent
to the campsite is a golf driving range, and the bus from the site
entrance takes you easily into the city.
