Preparation time: 10 minutes Serves: 4-6 For the slaw • 2 carrots, grated • ½ Chinese cabbage, shredded • 1 bunch spring onions, washed and sliced • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced • 1 tbsp chopped mint • 1 tbsp chopped coriander For the dressing • 1 lime, zested and juiced • 1½ tbsp oil • 1½ tbsp gluten free soy sauce* • 1 large red chilli, deseeded and coarsely chopped • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated • 1 tsp sesame seeds • salt and pepper We want to see your amazing creations so find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @CoeliacUK and share your photos!
