Examples that may be addressed include (but are not limited to) the following: • Debt • Investments • Pensions • Managing money • Negotiating with creditors Alongside this, there is support and in-the-moment telephone counselling. Areas of support may include (but are not limited to) the following: • Mental Health • Addiction • Bereavement • Relationships Legal information services support a range of issues including personal legal matters of any reasonable kind. Examples that may be addressed include (but are not limited to) the following: • Consumer rights • Civil litigation • Criminal law • Motoring o ence • Personal Injury • Probate and wills In addition, the online Health andWellbeing Portal provides a wealth of information on work and home issues, lifestyle, mental and physical health and general wellbeing. Each area of the website contains articles and information on relevant issues, with factsheets and signposting to specialist support organisations. Additionally, Health Assured provide a Wellbeing Resources area with access to; 4-week programmes, wellbeing videos, webinars, medical information and mini health checks. Finally, there is the My Healthy Advantage mobile app, a mobile app that includes functionality such as biometrics, search capability, enhanced articles and resources, webinars, personalisation, live chat functionality, mini health checks, four-week plans, interactive weekly mood tracker, push noti cations and enhanced analytics. *Access to the EAP is free for all HAE members with up to 100 sta , please simply contact HAE Insurance Services to register and be given access.
