20 Summer 2022 TEAM UPDATE EVENTFUL FIRST YEAR FOR MARK Hire Certification Services Auditor Mark Forsyth is celebrating one year with HAE EHA. Mark joined the team as a full-time auditor in April 2021 to meet the growing demand from members to take on the industry safety initiative. He’s responsible for conducting assessments of companies throughout the UK, managing and performing SafeHire audits, SSIP Core Criteria audits, ISO system and / or technical audits / assessments. During his 12 months with HAE EHA Mark has completed more than 250 audits, helping members reach the highest quality standards, reduce risk, and improve customer service. For more information or details on the SafeHire Certification Scheme go to www.hae.org.uk/safehire/ PERMANENT ROLE FOR KICKSTART’S KYRAH As a new member of the HAE EHA Customer Services and Products team, Kyrah has taken on a new role as Training and Print Administrator. Kyrah has attained the new position after joining the organisation in November 2021 as part of the Kickstart scheme. Over the past 12 months, HAE EHA has actively engaged with the Kickstart programme and Kyrah is one of 3 young trainees who has now progressed to a permanent position, with a further Kickstarter now halfway through their training programme. Kyrah’s original role entailed training on the various back-office administration systems, supported by her work coach and HAE EHA Learning and Development Officer, Nikki Wyllie. Over the first six months, Kyrah received tutelage from Nikki in the extensive training programmes that HAE EHA offers to its membership and was soon contributing to many day-to-day administrative tasks. This also involved liaison with training providers and key stakeholders. Today, Kyrah’s new role has widened to be the first contact for all training enquiries, managing training bookings and ensuring ATO training operation procedures are correctly administered. Kyrah also helps process documentation for both the training and print operations. NEW TEAM MEMBER HAE EHA has expanded its Customer Service and Products team once again and is delighted to announce the appointment of Lilian Robins as Customer Service Administrator. Starting in February 2022, Lilian has joined the Customer Service and Products team to support the recruitment, retention, and ongoing communication with HAE EHA members. Prior to joining the team, Lilian worked in a number of roles within sales and customer service, in a variety of industries, including healthcare and the automotive sector. Most recently she was a Covid-19 call handler, working to help stop the spread of coronavirus and signpost the vulnerable to help. Lilian’s previous job roles means she has vast experience in customer service, which she has brought to her new role, engaging with current members and highlighting the benefits of membership to recruit new ones.
