Initial online chat service from Ben was excellent. Ben then dealt with my hire in the office and was most helpful. The hire was a dehumidifier, the cost of which was very reasonable for a weeks hire. On returning the item, Katie was again extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely use Miles Hire again - highly recommended. The hiring process was very straight forward. Cement mixer was delivered on time and when I needed a 2 day extension that was no problem. Deposit refund was processed very soon after the mixer was picked up. I would recommend Miles Hire. Exemplary service. Had a 4-2 m tower for a week. Used it for 2 days and the went to move around the side of the house and found it was cms to wide, no problem dropped me the narrow tower off straight away.
