As we are reaching the last quarter of the year, we are starting to reflect on where we have been. Much has happened worldwide, including the passing of our Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. I don’t know about you but I was so proud of everyone involved. I was sat glued to the tele, watching the proceedings, observing the nation and of course the Royal family say goodbye for such a remarkable woman. I was truly touched at the outpouring of love and pride people demonstrated. However, looking forward is as important as reflection, if not more so! Will we reach the impending Heat Pump targets the government has laid out? 1. How long will stock issues affect manufacturing? 2. Where are all the installers? 3. Are you, as business owners, recruiting and more importantly; training new members of your team on the benefits of correct Heat Pump installations? As ever, I would love to hear from you. Either about some superb success stories, or even your thoughts about any frustrations that are affecting what we can do to achieve ‘said’ targets.
