Our Food and Drink Information service lists over 150,000 gluten free food and drink items via our award winning app in order to make gluten free shopping easier for those who need it. The service also lists 1000s of recipes, hints and tips, for anyone cooking and baking without gluten at home. Heather McCaw our Food Information Officer, outlines the challenges the team face over the festive season. “Christmas is a busy time for our Food Information team. We use our knowledge and expertise to continuously update the Food Information Service, including the Christmas Food List, to help you avoid any nasty surprises during the festive season and beyond. It’s thanks to incredible supporters like you, which means we can continue to help those affected by coeliac disease and those who need to live gluten free.
