SUPPORTER NEWS | 3 Volunteering news round up “I’m looking forward to helping in this role as it is a great opportunity to give something back to a charity which has helped me a lot over the years. I will also be able to share my experience from my own cooking and baking to give hints and tips to help those who are starting out on their gluten free diet.” Janice New volunteering roles! We’re delighted to welcome on board two new recipe service volunteers! Janice and Lara answered our call for volunteers to help make our Home of Gluten Free Recipes even better. Their role will include checking and updating recipes, adding hints, tips and nutritional information. “I’ve had a coeliac disease diagnosis from a young age which has meant I’ve spent lots of time scrolling through endless internet pages, magazines and cookbooks to find tasty but easy to follow gluten free recipes. I look forward to putting my making, baking, cooking experience to good use! Coeliac UK has been an amazing charity for me during my 21 years, so I look forward to giving something back.” Lara We will use the insights you have provided to develop our local support offering and look forward to sharing our plans later in the year.
