Plus everyone loves a turkey butty over the festive season, and it’s not quite the same without lashings of cranberry sauce and plenty of stuffing! Here’s a simple recipe for this classic accompaniment (which can be made in advance and frozen). And for the best turkey buttie, be sure to serve it on Juvela Fresh White or Fibre Sliced Loaves! Makes 10-12 stuffing balls Ingredients • 1 tbsp vegetable oil • 2 large onions, peeled and chopped • 175g (7oz) gluten free breadcrumbs (made with a Juvela Gluten-Free White/Fibre Loaf) • 2 tbsp dried sage • 2 medium eggs, lightly beaten • salt and freshly ground black pepper Method 1 Before you start, preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/ Gas Mark 5 2 Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onions until golden brown 3 Remove from the heat and stir in the gluten free breadcrumbs and sage 4 Stir in the eggs and season well 5 Shape mixture into 10-12 balls, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
