The move will allow the one-stop air-conditioning specialists to service clients inWales and the SouthWest. It follows Coolair Equipment Limited’s expansion into the North East and Scotland earlier this year. The company also has regional offices in Maidstone and the Midlands, and is headquartered in Manchester. The new arm of the business will be managed by Chepstow-based Stephen Morley, who joins Coolair Equipment Limited as Business Development Specialist, in SouthWest andWales. Stephen has more than 15 years experience in the HVAC sector, and is interested in new green energy solutions, as well as establishing new revenue streams for Coolair Equipment Limited. www.coolair.co.uk HHIC appoints new chair for key working group The Heating and Hotwater Industry Council (HHIC) has appointed a new group chair to work alongside them, supporting and promoting the sustained growth of the UK domestic heating and hot water industry. Richard Crisp, Head of Chemistry – Fernox is now Chair of the HHICWater Treatment Group. Richard is Head of Chemistry at water-treatment supplier, Fernox, joining the company in 2015 after previously having worked as a medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry. Since then, he has overseen the development of new products and the ongoing improvement and support for existing products. He has also supported the business and the wider industry with technical support and contributions to standards and guidelines, both in Europe and North America. www.hhic.org.uk J SWright appoints new Electrical Project Manager Mechanical and electrical building services specialist J SWright has appointed Andrew Osborne as Electrical Project Manager. Based at the company’s new London office in Euston, he will help manage the electrical element of M&E projects as part of the company’s rapidly growing project management team. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including six years in project management, Andrewwas previously project manager for a London-based M&E specialist working in multiple sectors, where his responsibilities included managing the delivery of all the electrical services for 85 high-end apartments at the OldWar Office inWhitehall.
