Stand 76 InVentry are the pioneers of sign in and visitor management systems in the UK and are trusted by more than 6,000 education establishments. InVentry transforms the efficiency of entry into a building and provides secure digital data on each entry or exit. Site security and tracking HEADLINE PARTNER 72 Every week, 6.8 million users of the InVentry system are greeted by a professional welcome and left with a lasting impression, creating an unparalleled brand experience and giving schools accurate digital data on who is in their building. Proudly headquartered in Leeds, InVentry runs sales, development, installation and support all from the UK. The products are developed in- house, and have been created to provide simple, smart solutions to site security and tracking, without compromising on the reliability and stability that their customers demand of a front of house, mission critical system. Efficiency The InVentry product suite is focused on helping drive efficiency within a school. The core product is their sign in and visitor management system. The touchscreen interface sits in any entry or exit point of a building to accurately monitor who is onsite. Visitors are presented with a modern touchscreen that can be designed to mirror a school’s branding and deliver the type of image schools are looking to portray to anyone visiting the site. Security Visitor data is captured and recorded securely at the point of entry and a photo ID badge is provided to be worn around site to improve safeguarding and visibility of authorised personnel. Bolt on barcode, radio-frequency identification (RFID) and biometric scanners are integrated to allow pre-booked visitors to sign in via their mobile device and Apple Wallet, similarly, staff and sixth formers can sign in within seconds. Smaller units, known as Quickscans, can be placed around school to cover multiple entrances. Add-ons All of this data is available via an administrator console with extensive reporting and notifications to aid the flow of people through a school and visibility of those who have been on site. Critical data is synchronised to a cloud platform allowing connection to a multi- purpose app. Schools can run an evacuation and complete a digital register, staff can sign themselves into site when their location is within the school’s geofence and specialist requirements such as a school trip and after school club management tools are also popular add-ons for the education sector. Case study InVentry have been working with the independent school sector for more than five years but recent developments have seen a spike in uptake. Aside from the traditional feature set and professional image given by the system, pivotal to that success has been their full integration with independent school MIS, such as iSAMS, WCBS, and Engage. Bury Grammar School are one of those schools benefiting from an iSAMS integration as Ben Whittaker, head of IT, explains: “InVentry were the only sign in system that could provide a full read and write back integration with iSAMS. www.theisba.org.uk
