NIBE says the S Series makes life easier for both consumers and installers, reducing costs whilst creating a perfect indoor climate. Thanks to new comprehensive software, the S Series can now be updated quickly and more frequently with ever-expanding features. New installer features enable remote diagnostics and fault-finding of systems, reducing the need for unnecessary site visits. For simple and quicker diagnostics, new circulation pumps with Linbus connectivity communicate with the heat pump to detect faults within the system and create useful alarms. The launch of the S Series comes at the same time as the newly developed myUplink and myUplinkPRO apps are released. The apps include a customizable tile system design which allows homes owners to monitor and control a whole climate system from a smart device. The heat pump can reach the highest possible energy rating of A+++ in heating. The latest addition to the Aquarea range utilises air-to-water technology and R32 refrigerant, and also includes quieter units compared to previous models. Thanks to its Panasonic Inverter Compressors, the heat pump adapts its operation to the demand of the house, even in adverse weather conditions as low as -20°C. It is also able to cool in summer for year-round comfort. For even higher energy savings, the unit can be combined with high ešciency hot water tanks, such as the anode-free “A” Stainless Steel Tank in 192-litre and 280-litre capacities, and can also synchronise with solar panels for an even greener solution. The Aquarea J Generation is compatible with the Aquarea Smart Cloud service for remotely controlling the full range of heating and hot water functions, including monitoring energy consumption. It is also available with Service Cloud for installer maintenance, allowing remote care of customer’s heating system. The cassette features a new square grille design with the inlet area for the air intake is larger than for previous designs of cassettes, increasing airflow. The new dual vane feature for each side of the cassette allows for a variety of angles for air flow, controlled by a six-step angle feature - 10° to 85° - to ensure coverage for wider room spaces as required. A dual vane version su ers no air flow loss, enabling these cassettes to cool and heat room space more quickly and ešciently than standard vanes. This new cassette comes with six key features – power cool/heat, up/ down swing, indirect airflow, direct airflow, smart mode and refresh mode.
